Senior Recruiter Executive

Role Description The Senior Recruiter Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune area. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering with clients and hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. The position involves using job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to build talent pipelines, as well as coordinating interview schedules and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter Executive will prepare and share candidate reports, support offer negotiation and onboarding processes, and maintain recruitment metrics and documentation. This role also contributes to improving recruitment strategies, strengthening client relationships, and mentoring junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
Strong end-to-end recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
Experience using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
Ability to manage client communication, understand role requirements, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in maintaining recruitment reports, tracking metrics, and using applicant tracking or HR systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requirements and deadlines.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR consulting, preferably in an agency or outsourcing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or talent acquisition are an advantage.
