Now, we're looking for a Partnership Officer. As a Partnership Officer, you are toexecute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, such as corporate clients, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
Negotiate and close partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with corporate clients and other potential customers.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Analyze competitor activities and develop effective strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Adhere to company policy and procedures.
Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, brand partnerships, field marketing, or community engagement.
Demonstrated experience conducting on-ground field activities, activation events, and face-to-face engagements.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact, communicate, and build rapport with bikers / rider partners and field operational teams.
