Project Manager (Space management)

Please note the role will be based on project site, Taoyuan.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and maintain BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and process systems.
Manage space planning, including equipment layout, maintenance access, safety egress, and future expansion.
Coordinate multi-system pipeline routing, elevation, and clash detection using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Lead regular space coordination meetings and track clash resolution.
Integrate interfaces between CSA, MEP, hook-up, and equipment vendors.
Propose space optimization solutions for utility corridors, pipe bridges, and electrical rooms.
Review design changes and conduct pre-construction space feasibility checks.
Manage and verify technical drawings, including P&IDs, sections, and shop drawings; ensure as-built model consistency.
Prepare weekly progress reports, issue logs, and clash tracking summaries.
Support owner and consultant technical review meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Extensive Space Management experience with demonstrated leadership of SAPCE/Fab space planning activities is required
Minimum 5 years in semiconductor plant construction or large-scale MEP integration; or 3+ years in BIM Space Management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/ACC.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, pipeline coordination, clash detection, and layout review.
Preferred certifications: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM-related credentials.
