Create data visualizations and enhance interactive dashboards for Talent Acquisition using Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to support accurate reporting and analysis.
Monitor dashboard performance, ensure data is regularly updated, and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) from Data Science, Mathematics, Mathematics.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet Dashboard, especially Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas, and charts.
Familiarity with data visualization.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
Willing to work on-site in BSD City, South Tangerang
