We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Engineer / Semantic AI Architect with strong expertise in Cloud Data Engineering, Generative AI, Claude AI, and enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent AI platforms that connect enterprise data, semantic layers, knowledge graphs, and business ontologies to deliver accurate, secure, and context-aware insights.
Key Skills & Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI Engineering, or Data Architecture.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
Proven expertise in building enterprise-grade RAG platforms.
Strong experience with GraphRAG, Semantic RAG, and Hybrid Search architectures.
Hands-on experience integrating Claude AI (Anthropic API) with enterprise knowledge bases, semantic layers, vector databases, and business ontologies.
Experience developing conversational analytics and Talk-to-Data solutions using semantic business models.
Strong understanding of AI agents, knowledge graphs, enterprise metadata, data lineage, and business context.
Experience across the complete RAG lifecycle, including data ingestion, document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector storage, retrieval optimization, reranking, prompt engineering, and evaluation.
Expertise in enterprise AI governance, security, observability, guardrails, and Responsible AI.
Experience integrating AI solutions with Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, Coalesce, dbt, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Technical Skills:
Claude & AI Frameworks: Claude 3.5 / Claude 4, Anthropic API, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
RAG & Knowledge Systems: GraphRAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, FAISS), Neo4j, Knowledge Graphs, Ontology Engineering, Semantic Search, Hybrid Search, Embedding Models, Cross-Encoder Reranking.
Cloud Data & Semantic Platforms: Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowflake Semantic Layer, Databricks Unity Catalog, Coalesce, dbt Semantic Layer, Data Vault 2.0, Business Glossaries, Metadata Management.
Good to Have:
Experience implementing Claude AI on top of Snowflake Gold Layer, Semantic Layer, Enterprise Ontologies, and Vector Stores.
Experience building AI copilots that deliver governed, traceable, explainable, and context-aware answers from enterprise data.
Expertise in optimizing retrieval precision, recall, latency, and response quality.
