The RCM Associate (Charge Posting) will play an important role in ensuring accurate medical billing, efficient claim submission, and reliable revenue cycle management for healthcare providers.
In this position, you will work across charge entry, coding verification, insurance claim processing, and payment posting to support accurate and timely reimbursement.
You will review clinical documentation, validate billing details, and identify potential coding errors or claim discrepancies before submission to help prevent denials.
The role also involves reconciling payments, investigating underpayments, resolving posting issues, and maintaining accurate financial records.
You will collaborate with a growing healthcare revenue cycle team while using practice management systems and AI-powered platforms to streamline billing workflows.
