Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 4+ years of hands-on development experience. The role is focused purely on technical development, customization, integration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse, Power Platform, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications.
Develop C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs.
Implement business logic using JavaScript/TypeScript and Dynamics 365 client-side APIs.
Customize Dynamics 365 entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, relationships, and security components.
Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Dataverse-based solutions where required.
Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using:

Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse.
Develop FetchXML, QueryExpression, and Web API queries.
Implement data migration and data transformation solutions.

Participate in code reviews and follow development and coding standards.
Manage Dynamics 365 solutions across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
Use source control and CI/CD processes for Dynamics 365 deployments.
Write technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and development components.
Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and technical teams to deliver CRM solutions.
Required Technical Skills
Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development.
