Hiring: AI Prompt Engineer – Creative

Note: This is a creative production role, not a coding or AI/ML development role.
Are you passionate about generative AI, cinematic storytelling, and creating stunning visuals using AI tools?
We are looking for a creative AI Prompt Engineer – Creative to generate high-quality AI images and videos for advertisements, product videos, social media campaigns, and branded content.
Key Responsibilities
Write and refine prompts for AI image and video generation.
Convert creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and references into compelling visuals.
Create cinematic scenes, product advertisements, and promotional content.
Apply knowledge of cinematography, camera angles, composition, lighting, and perspective.
Maintain product, character, environment, and visual style consistency across multiple shots.
Use reference images to achieve accurate visual outputs.
Identify visual errors and improve results through prompt refinement.
Collaborate with creative, video editing, animation, and post-production teams.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with AI image and/or video generation.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, and advertising aesthetics.
Excellent prompt-writing and visual interpretation skills.
Knowledge of composition, lighting, textures, camera movements, and framing.
Strong creative thinking, observation, and attention to detail.
Preferred Tools
Experience with Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Sora, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is an advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in AI content creation, graphic design, video production, CGI, animation, or related creative fields.
Freshers with a strong AI-generated portfolio are welcome.
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates should share AI-generated images/videos demonstrating product visuals, cinematic scenes, advertisements, and visual consistency.
A strong creative portfolio will be preferred over purely technical AI experience.
