📋 Job Summary
Qloron Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer – Java Full Stack with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
Candidates with experience in financial services, banking, investment management, or capital markets will be highly preferred.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex, enterprise-scale applications.
Develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate REST APIs for enterprise applications.
Apply object-oriented programming principles and clean coding practices.
Implement error handling, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Develop front-end components using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
Use Python for application development and supporting engineering tasks.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, releases, and production deployments.
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of technical deliverables.
Contribute to Agile development processes and high-quality software delivery.
🔑 Required Skills
6–7 years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in Java as the primary backend technology.
Strong experience with Spring Boot.
Working experience with Python.
Full-stack development exposure to Angular, React, or equivalent frameworks.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and object-oriented programming.
Experience with testing, debugging, error handling, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of application design, clean coding practices, and production troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
