Responsabilities:
"• Provide basic support to the Operations Technical Support team with day-to-day tasks.
• Prepare, configure, and maintain workstations in alignment with internal standards and security guidelines.
• Set up, inspect, and reset Android and iOS devices.
• Check network devices.
• Support in maintaining organized and functional cabling systems for users and meeting rooms, ensuring reliability of setups.
• Support hardware lifecycle management, including distribution, tracking, and inventory control."
Required skills:
"• Student of vocational training, bachelor's, or master's degree in Technical Support, Systems, or a related field. • Interest in learning and growing in Operations Technical Support teams. • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems. • Ability to follow technical guides and procedures. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Basic level of technical English."
