This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Officer, Emergency Response Analyst (Technical Officer III) based in the United States (Remote).
Overview
Join a global public health initiative dedicated to strengthening infectious disease detection systems and improving emergency and outbreak response worldwide. As a Senior Technical Officer, you will lead data analytics, visualization, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities to support evidence-based decision-making. You will collaborate with international country teams, technical experts, global partners, and project stakeholders to transform complex epidemiological data into actionable insights. The role combines technical leadership, project management, quality assurance, and capacity building in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will help ensure that emergency response programs are effective, adaptable, and informed by reliable data.
