Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Partner Success Coordinator based in Dallas, TX to join our growing team. You’ll help build and maintain strong relationships with our partners across Texas, supporting them from onboarding through renewal.
This is a travel-heavy, field-based role. You’ll be on the road regularly, visiting partner sites, classrooms, and early learning centers in and around Dallas and throughout Texas. Expect frequent local travel and regular overnight trips within the state. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and enjoying time in the field are essential.

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for partner questions, support, and engagement.
Conduct regular onsite visits to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
Support the design and rollout of onboarding for new partners.
Help carry out the partner success strategy in line with company goals.
Identify opportunities for partner growth, collaboration, and retention.
Deliver training and resources that drive successful product adoption.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams so issues are resolved quickly.
Track and analyze partner data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports on partner performance and success metrics.
Work with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Help resolve customer issues across the wider partner base.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting.
Willing and able to travel frequently, including regular overnight travel within Texas.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proven initiative, grit, and self-motivation; resilient when things get hard.
Passionate advocate for early childhood education.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Your customers love working with you.
Comfortable working with data and turning insights into action.
Highly organized and eager to try new tools for project and task management.
Preferred: experience in customer success, client services, or account coordination, ideally in education or edtech.
Salary: Total compensation of $55,000–$65,000, stock options, and full benefits. Travel expenses reimbursed.
