ML Operations Engineer - Lead

👥 Team: Lead a team of 2 ML Operations Engineers
We are looking for an experienced ML Operations Lead to manage and optimize traditional Machine Learning models in production.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor the ML Operations team.
✅ Manage model deployment, retraining, validation, and rollback.
✅ Monitor model performance, drift, and data quality.
✅ Maintain model versioning, lineage, and auditability.
✅ Collaborate with Data Engineering, Business, and international teams.
✅ Ensure model reliability, fairness, and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 8+ years of experience in ML, MLOps, or Data Science Engineering.
🔹 Hands-on experience operating traditional ML models in production.
🔹 Strong knowledge of model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining pipelines.
🔹 Experience with model validation, CI/CD, and model registries.
🔹 Team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Experience with customer churn models and telecom use cases is a plus.
🎯 Important: This role focuses on traditional Machine Learning and classical MLOps, not LLMs or Generative AI.
