Centre Manager- Busto Arsizio (Fixed Term - Part Time)

We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Busto Arsizio — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.
Location: Busto Arsizio (on-site)
Contract: Fixed Term— part-time (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance-based commission on revenues
💰Salary & Growth-Based Bonus
A Fixed annual gross salary According to the amount of hours per week:
20h/week → €15,000
30h/week → €20,000
40h/week → €24,000
🚀And a Bonus: Grow your centre, grow your earnings!
Earn 5%–9% of your centre's monthly Gross Profit as your active student base grows.
Based on an illustrative centre growth scenario, your additional bonus could average:
Year 1: ~€450/month
Year 2: ~€1,900/month
Bonus projections are illustrative, not guaranteed, and depend on actual centre performance and Gross Profit.
Your Role in Our Mission
Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results
Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors
Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
