Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of innovation initiatives across blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, AI and emerging technologies, from ideation through implementation.
Partner with business, operations, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders to define objectives, manage dependencies and drive project outcomes.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, issues and governance forums.
Drive solution discussions with technology teams, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology delivery.
Manage scope, change requests and implementation activities, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and support business readiness, testing and deployment activities.
Person Specification
10+ years' project management experience delivering complex business and technology transformation initiatives within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
Experience in blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, digital banking, AI or related innovation initiatives preferred.
Strong understanding of banking products, operations, technology and regulatory environments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organisations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certification preferred.
