Position Overview
Snowflake is looking for a Field Marketing Manager based in Brazil to drive field marketing initiatives across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring end-to-end field marketing campaigns designed to build market awareness and accelerate pipeline for Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud in Brazil. This is an Individual Contributor position.
Working as a key partner to the local Sales team, you will blend strategic planning with hands-on campaign delivery. You will design localized programs, ranging from executive roundtables and proprietary roadshows to third-party industry events and account-centric initiatives that engage key decision-makers and support territory revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Marketing Strategy & Planning: Own and execute the field marketing strategy for Brazil in partnership with Sr. Field Marketing Manager, tailoring global and regional marketing priorities to address the local enterprise landscape and market dynamics.
- Integrated Field Programs: Architect and deliver multi-touch programs, including regional roadshows, executive roundtables, and high-touch customer experiences designed to generate and accelerate pipeline and promote customer growth.
- Brand Awareness & Local Market Penetration: Drive targeted marketing initiatives to increase brand recognition and position Snowflake as the leading AI Data Cloud across key industries in Brazil.
- Sales Alignment: Build trusted partnerships with Account Executives and SDR teams to align field marketing strategy with territory targets and key accounts.
- Campaign Localization & Content Delivery: Work with Product Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to localize domain-specific messaging, content, customer stories and campaign assets for the Brazilian market.
- Lead Management & ROI Tracking: Manage end-to-end campaign operations, from lead capture and SDR follow-up enablement to analyzing program performance, tracking pipeline attribution, and optimizing marketing ROI.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee local event agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure flawless execution within budget and timeline expectations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or data/tech solutions, with a track record of supporting enterprise sales teams in Brazil.
- Level/Scope: Proven success as an individual contributor leading end-to-end campaign execution from concept to post-event lead flow and pipeline tracking.
- Sales Partnership: Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to build credibility and strategic alignment with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience tracking pipeline attribution, program conversion metrics, and managing field budgets.
- Marketing Tech Stack: Familiarity with enterprise CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase/6sense).
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Brazil without restrictions.
- Work Arrangement & Travel: Willingness to adhere to Snowflake’s local hybrid work arrangement and travel within Brazil/LATAM as required for field events (up to 30–40%).
