As Head of Biofuels, you will:
Develop your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling , and building long-term business relationships.
Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts.
Own your performance surpassing clear PnL goals.
Execute trades with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Engage with clients through calls, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings , ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs.
Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights.
Mentor and support the brokers on the desk.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in brokerage or physical trading (biofuels/feedstocks experience preferred, but general physical trading experience also considered).
Fluent in English (any other language is a plus).
Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
Team management or mentoring experience preferred.
An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
