JOB Title: Business Analyst/Product Owner role
Location: Chennai

JOB Description: Key Skills Required
Strong experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in Agile delivery environments.
Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, process documentation, and user story creation.
Experience in backlog management, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) engagements.
Exposure to Capital Markets, financial data, market issuances, securities, or investment banking domains would be an added advantage.
Experience in AI/GenAI-related business analysis initiatives is desirable.
Preferred Certifications
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
Other Agile certifications such as CSM/SAFe Agilist are also desirable.
Ideal Candidate
8+ years of relevant BA/PO experience.
Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication capabilities.
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with cross-functional teams.
