POSITION SUMMARY
The Enterprise Apps Engineer II is a senior technical contributor within the Enterprise Applications team at Apex Fintech Solutions, responsible for the administration, automation, and continuous improvement of the firm's SaaS application stack. The role carries deep platform ownership of the Atlassian suite — Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence — as mission-critical business platforms, while extending across the broader enterprise portfolio including Zoom, Slack, Okta, and Microsoft 365.

Beyond the Atlassian platform they serve as the technical escalation point for complex SaaS issues, lead strategic automation and integration initiatives, and mentor junior team members. The role champions platform best practices, proactively identifies improvement opportunities, and ensures enterprise applications deliver a seamless, secure, and productive experience across the firm.
