What you’ll do
Your main goal will be to communicate with our existing clients and help keep them engaged.
Your day-to-day will include:
Calling and messaging existing clients;
Following up with clients and keeping in touch with them;
Answering questions and explaining our products and services;
Helping clients with their requests;
Keeping client information up to date in our CRM.
Requirements
You might be a great fit if you:
Are a recent graduate or finishing university;
Speak Bulgarian and English confidently;
Are comfortable talking to different people;
Aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation;
Can handle a fast-paced environment;
