Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC disclosure requirements, SOX controls, and public-company reporting mechanics.
Demonstrated experience owning complex disclosures, coordinating auditors, and managing cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Experience with Workiva (Wdesk), NetSuite, and spreadsheet-based analytical review in a controlled reporting environment.
Strong written judgment, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to improve ambiguous or evolving processes.
