To ensure the coffee bar rivals High Street competitors in terms of offer and service
Incorporate bm concepts in the coffee bar and display in line with 6 key principles
Achieve all Health & Safety requirements as directed.
Provide prompt and efficient service to every customer
Key outputs
Prepare hot beverages to the required standards
Ensure suitable food items are available and rotated throughout the day
Ensure the coffee bar is clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
Organise time and systems to ensure a consistently high standard of service
Manage any queue to ensure everyone is engaged at all times the service experience
Comply with appropriate due diligence/stock rotation procedures
Follow procedures and instructions
Qualifications
Food Safety Level 2 certificate
Health and Safety level 2 certificate
Skillsoft modules completed including COSHH
Perkee Barista Level 2 certificate
SCAE Entry Level
Skills/Knowledge
Barista trained
Merchandising skills
Trained on till usage
Allergy awareness
Experience 2 years in a service environment dealing with customers (preferable)
