Lead a mixed team of Technicians and Engineers | Be the subject matter expert for all Machining process at GDOTS Lincoln Operations | Manage blanket Purchase Orders for all support tools and equipment | Specify CNC equipment needs, machine configurations, and spare parts list/inventory | Engage with Operations to solicit feedback | Own and regularly update Process Map, FMEA, and Control Plans for all core Machining Operations | Lead/Support root cause analysis when machining methods are not in a state of control | Work with program teams to develop detailed machining processes, instructions and tooling needed for development and production parts | Aid in troubleshooting CNC machine issues and coordinate with repair contractors
