We are hiring a Senior Architect to oversee the architectural design, team leadership, and execution of residential and mixed-use projects for a U.S.-based client in New York.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of architectural decision-making, client collaboration, and project delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, direct material selection and construction detailing, and coordinate closely with structural and MEP engineering partners from concept to completion. This is an ideal position for experienced Architects in Latin America with strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge of U.S. construction methodologies, and expert proficiency in Revit.

Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST / NY Time).

What You’ll Do
Lead the creation and refinement of comprehensive Revit models, detailed architectural sets, and construction documentation aligned with firm standards.
Define and oversee architectural design intentions, evaluating materials, construction methodologies, and functional/sustainability goals.
Serve as the primary architectural liaison, presenting design proposals and translating client requirements into technical execution.
Oversee and approve technical drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
Coordinate directly with structural, MEP, and external engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and technical challenges.
Manage project timelines, direct internal team deliverables, and guide projects through all phases from schematic design to final documentation.
Conduct QA/QC reviews and adjust design solutions in response to site, structural, or code constraints.
What You’ll Bring
English Level: Advanced Technical & Conversational English (B2+ / C1 mandatory).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project leadership, with a heavy focus on residential projects and shop drawing coordination.
Leadership & Technical Execution: Proven track record of leading design teams, making key material decisions, and collaborating directly with engineering disciplines.
Core Software: Advanced/Expert proficiency in Revit (mandatory for modeling, complex assemblies, detailing, and schedule generation); proficiency in AutoCAD and basic rendering tools.
Standards & Codes: Deep understanding of U.S. building codes, material properties, and construction documentation standards.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (Arquitectura). BIM Revit certifications or Construction Management credentials are highly valued.
