Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Associate Software Engineer - IT position will be based in Chennai.
What a typical day looks like:
Support development, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
Participate in projects involving:
Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
Data Analytics and Visualization
Business Automation
Cloud Technologies
Application Development
Digital Workplace Technologies
Identify opportunities to improve processes through innovation and technology.
Analyze business problems and propose technology-enabled solutions.
Participate in workshops, hackathons, innovation challenges, and project-based learning.
Apply logical thinking and analytical skills to solve operational and technical challenges.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates who actively leverage AI for learning, coding, problem-solving, productivity, or innovation will have a distinct advantage.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in:
Computer Science Engineering
Information Technology
Artificial Intelligence & Data Science
Knowledge of any programming language is preferred:
Python
