About the Role
A typical day as a Billing Coordinator involves a combination of problem-solving, communication, and administrative tasks to keep billing and records accurate and up to date. You’ll communicate with county funding sources to resolve denied claims, troubleshoot billing issues, and resubmit invoices to ensure timely payment. You’ll also track service authorizations and program eligibility, coordinate renewals and required documentation, and maintain employee training records for our 245D programs.
