We’re looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Merchant 1948 Manawa Bay Outlet store. You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment. Here’s what’s on offer:
Role: Store Manager
Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Friday: 9:30am - 6pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 6pm
Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $62,000 per annum + bonus potential!
What your day will look like:
Leading and managing the daily operations of your store
Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences
Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets
Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture
Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising
Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks
