Skills and Competencies
3-5 years of hands-on experience in workflow engineering, business systems analysis, software engineering, process automation, or a related field
Practical experience designing and implementing workflows within corporate environments
Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Service Management
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Salesforce, or Microsoft Fabric is preferred
Practical experience with workflow automation and system integrations using Application Programming Interfaces, webhooks, and plug-ins
Working knowledge of Jira Query Language, Python, React, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex workflow issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI
