Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing luxury weddings and events.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, hotels, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Support on-site event management by handling logistics, timelines, and last-minute requirements.
Travel to event locations as required and assist with venue coordination and setup.
Maintain professionalism while managing client interactions and vendor communications.
Assist the team in delivering seamless and memorable wedding experiences.
Adapt to dynamic event schedules and contribute to successful event execution under tight timelines.
