デジタルマーケティング職（Digital Marketing Manager）

We are recruiting for a newly created position as part of a new organizational structure. As we expand our marketing team, this role will play an important part in strengthening our marketing capabilities and driving the development of our future marketing activities.
本ポジションは、マーケティングディレクターの直属となるインディビジュアルコントリビューターです。マーケティングチームの一員として、関連するプロジェクトマネージャー、営業チーム、その他の社内ステークホルダー（海外含む）と緊密に連携し、デジタルマーケティング活動の企画・実行を支援していただきます。
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Marketing Director. As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with relevant Project Managers, the Sales team, and other internal stakeholders to support the planning and execution of marketing activities.
当社が主催・運営する展示会の出展者・来場者を対象とした各種マーケティング・プロモーション活動のなかで、主にデジタルマーケティングを担当していただきます。ひとつの展示会にアサインされるという形態ではなく、日本支社で行う展示会のすべてを横断し、ハンズオンの役割も担いながらご担当いただきます。展示会によっては、海外ネットワークとの協業業務が発生します。
チームで協力しながら業務を進めることを大切にしており、状況に応じて柔軟に働いていただける方に適した環境です。
You will be primarily responsible for digital marketing as part of the various marketing and promotional activities targeting exhibitors and attendees of the exhibitions we organize and manage. Rather than being assigned to a single specific exhibition/sector, you will oversee digital marketing across all exhibitions handled by IMJ, taking on a part of hands-on role in their execution. Depending on the exhibition, the position may also involve collaboration with our overseas network. We value teamwork and collaboration, making this an ideal environment for individuals who can work flexibly according to the situation.

それぞれのオーディエンスに向けて主に以下のデジタルマーケティング活動を行います。

出展のリードジェネレーションを目的として、営業チームと連携し、オーディエンスドリブンな情報を整理して発信。
【オーディエンス2：出展企業にとって将来的に有望なビジネスパートナーとなり得る来場見込みの企業・人】
来場者候補者となりうるターゲットへリーチし、来場促進プロモーションを実施。
日本市場向けターゲットセグメント設計
メッセージング、クリエイティブ、コピーライティングなどのコンテンツ企画
ウェブサイト更新・管理（SEO対策含む）
リスティング広告（Search Ad）
SNSオーガニック運用と広告運用管理（Facebook・LinkedIn・Instagram・YouTubeなど）
メールマガジンの企画、原稿作成、配信、効果検証
外部広告代理店・制作会社へのディレクション
We conduct the following digital marketing activities tailored to each specific audience:

With the aim of generating leads for exhibitors, collaborating with the sales team to organize and disseminate audience-driven information.

Reach potential attendees and execute promotions to drive attendance.
Designing target segments for the Japanese market
Content planning (messaging, creative assets, copywriting, etc.)
Website updates and management (including SEO)
Search advertising (Search Ads)
Social media ad management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Email newsletter planning, drafting, distribution, and performance analysis
Directing external creative agencies, advertising agencies and production companies
学歴: マーケティング、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号（修士号があれば尚可）。
必須要件（Mandatory requirements）
ウェブサイト管理経験（例：Sitecore、WordPress、SEO）
いずれかのマーケティングオートメーションツールの使用経験
SNSの広告運用の経験
デジタル広告運用における代理店管理
母国語レベルとしての日本語能力
ビジネスレベルとしての英語能力（聞く・話す・読む・書く）
Experience with website management (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, SEO)
Experience using a marketing automation tool
Experience managing social media advertising campaigns
Experience managing agencies for digital advertising operations
Native-level Japanese proficiency
Business-level English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing field
Technical Skills:
Practical experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Language Skills: Native Japanese proficiency, business-level English proficiency
