Field Marketing Manager

Take the lead in shaping regional marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage enterprise decision-makers, and accelerate business growth across Brazil. In this individual contributor role, you will develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies aligned with local market needs and commercial priorities. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns, executive events, and customer experiences. Using data-driven insights, you will measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing investments, and contribute directly to pipeline generation. You will also coordinate local agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution across multiple initiatives.
