Product Manager, Digital Assets - Tokenization

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Digital Assets – Tokenization based in Brazil.
Join a globally distributed fintech team building next-generation brokerage infrastructure and regulated digital asset products. In this strategic role, you will shape the product vision and roadmap for tokenization solutions, including networks and experiences that connect issuers, brokers, market makers, and institutional partners. You will lead initiatives spanning token issuance, minting and redemption, settlement, and custody, balancing customer needs with regulatory obligations and technical feasibility. Working closely with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and commercial teams, you will turn complex financial workflows into scalable product experiences. You will also monitor emerging policy developments and market trends to help anticipate changes in the tokenized securities and real-world asset (RWA) landscape.
