This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head of Performance Creative based in Germany.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded creative leader to drive profitable customer acquisition for a high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) health and wellness business. In this senior role, you will own performance creative strategy across multiple products and paid media channels, transforming customer insights and campaign data into high-impact advertising concepts. You will lead internal creative strategists, manage external agency partnerships, and establish a scalable system for creative testing and production. Working closely with Growth and performance marketing teams, you will balance compelling storytelling with measurable commercial results. This fully remote opportunity offers significant influence over creative direction, team development, and acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative judgment and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
