As our Financial Counselor, you will help patients understand and manage their financial responsibility by administering our hospital financial assistance programs. Every day you will counsel insured and uninsured patients, estimate patient liability, support point-of-service and pre-discharge collections, and set up payment plans according to policy. You will identify all potential payers, including auto insurance, workers' compensation, commercial and private insurance, third-party liability, and government programs, and act as a liaison between patients, physicians, patient access teams, and outside...
