Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Ratlam. The Project Engineer will oversee network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to technical and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project plans and schedules, monitoring installation and commissioning activities, and resolving technical issues related to electrical and telecom systems. The role involves preparing reports and documentation, supporting compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and communicating progress and risks to stakeholders. The Project Engineer will also contribute to process improvements and support field teams to maintain efficient and stable network operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience in telecom or infrastructure projects, including on-site execution and coordination, is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work safely in field environments, follow established procedures, and adapt to changing project requirements.
