Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. This is an opportunity for a driven construction professional who enjoys being on the ground, leading site activities and seeing a project take shape through careful planning and execution.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations, monitoring project progress, maintaining high standards of construction quality and coordinating with contractors, consultants and internal teams to keep work on schedule. From resolving technical challenges to ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and structural standards, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of keeping the project moving smoothly.

Qualifications
Experience in on-site project supervision and overseeing construction activities
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders
Attention to quality control and a commitment to ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Previous experience in eco-friendly or sustainable construction projects is a plus
