Cabin Staff (multiroles Housekeeping & Front Office) - Kawah Ijen, Banyuwangi

What you will do:
To Greet and ask about the reservation a guest in a proper manner
Check and verify guest reservations through the Property Management System (PMS)
Request guests' identification documents and ensure all registration forms are completed accurately
Carry out daily operational tasks and responsibilities in accordance with instructions from the Cabin Branch Leader
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabins and public areas
Ensure cleaning supplies and housekeeping trolleys are properly stocked and ready for use
You will fit in this job if you:
Have at least 1 year or relevant work experience in the Housekeeping or Front Office department at a hotel or resort
Are willing to work on a shift schedule
Are available to work beyond scheduled hours when urgent operational needs arise
Maintain a neat appearance and good personal grooming
