A newly established Project Team dedicated to strengthening payroll compliance, enhancing governance, and driving best practice across the University.
About the role
This role provides specialist People & Culture expertise to support payroll compliance. Acting as the key liaison between the Payroll Compliance Team and P&C, the role ensures workforce data is accurately interpreted, validated and applied to compliance activities. The position requires strong P&C and payroll knowledge, systems proficiency, sound judgement and effective stakeholder collaboration to support employment compliance and risk management in a complex, sensitive and time-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide People & Culture advice and support to support payroll compliance.
Review policies and procedures for compliance and recommend process improvements.
Validate employment, classification and payroll data in PeopleSoft and other systems.
