A career with EROAD offers the unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing organisation that is at the forefront of intelligent transport solutions - enhancing road safety, improving productivity, and reducing environmental impact. EROAD’s mission is to deliver intelligence you can trust, for a better world tomorrow.
As a Security Analyst, you will play a key role in helping safeguard EROAD’s data, systems, and services. Working as part of our Information Security team, you will support day‑to‑day security operations while contributing to the continuous improvement of our security posture—protecting both our business and our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll help protect EROAD's data, systems and services while building your career in security.
Monitor and review security activity across the business and flag issues early
Support investigations and response activity alongside the CISO and wider Information Security team
Contribute ideas and effort to the continuous improvement of EROAD's security posture
Help assess and strengthen cloud environments, endpoints and infrastructure
Use automation and AI tools to streamline monitoring, reporting and other recurring security tasks
Maintain clear documentation of findings, actions and improvements
WHAT YOU NEED
We're looking for someone early in their security career with real substance behind the interest.
Hands-on experience in a security analyst or similar technical security role
Technical experience with Python for automation
Some understanding of how Windows and Linux systems work
Experience with at least one public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Familiarity with security frameworks
Practical exposure to security tools such as XDR, vulnerability scanning or CNAPP
Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to document your work clearly
A collaborative style and the ability to communicate clearly with others
A genuine, demonstrable interest in cybersecurity shown through projects, self-study or community involvement, not just formal study
Confidence using AI tools proactively, such as building agents or using AI assistants to improve your own workflows
A security certification such as Security+, SSCP or CISSP is a bonus, as is actively working towards one.
WHY JOIN
This is a genuine opportunity to grow a security career inside a high-growth, listed technology company with global reach.
Learn directly from and be mentored by the CISO as part of a small, focused Information Security team
Build your skills across cloud security, automation and modern AI-enabled tooling as the function grows
Join a multicultural, collaborative organisation that invests in continuous learning
Access EAP support and ongoing investment in your development
Be part of a company making a real, tangible difference for customers across multiple countries
