📍 Location: Bengaluru📌 Preferred Locations: KR Puram | Sarjapur | Whitefield | HSR Layout | Hebbal
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹3.5–5 LPA + Travel Allowance
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a related field
🛵 Mandatory: Two-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate labour teams and manage daily site activities.
• Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQs and BOMs.
• Monitor project progress, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely material delivery.
• Verify materials against order lists and report discrepancies within 2 days.
• Ensure proper material storage, handling and safety.
• Share daily progress reports with the concerned teams.
• Update customers regularly through WhatsApp groups.
• Escalate site issues and delays promptly.
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety and discipline.
• Prevent damage to existing floors, walls and structures.
• Ensure proper storage and protection of materials.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
• 1–3 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs and BOMs.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and result-oriented approach.
