Key Responsibilities:
Drive the S&OP process for EMO and internal manufacturing plants.
Collaborate with Demand Planners to validate and freeze requirements based on available capacity.
Ensure timely availability of RM/PM materials at EMO and manufacturing sites.
Coordinate with Inventory Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support uninterrupted operations.
Work closely with Quality teams for timely material and finished goods release.
Manage finished goods commitments and ensure on-time deliveries.
Monitor and analyse blocked, restricted, and expiry inventory, and initiate appropriate actions.
Review non-moving RM/PM inventory and drive disposal or sell-off proposals where required.
Maintain accurate planning master data and ensure effective use of planning tools.
Coordinate site transfers and new product deliveries with cross-functional teams.
Desired Profile:
Experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Exposure to inventory management, planning systems, and pharmaceutical operations.
