This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Implementation Analyst based in Canada.
The Implementation Analyst will play a key role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences for clients within the group benefits and retirement services industry. In this position, you will coordinate client implementations from initial planning through completion, ensuring accurate data, efficient processes, and successful system configurations. You will collaborate with clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams to facilitate technical setups and ensure a smooth transition for new and renewing accounts. This role combines data analysis, project coordination, client communication, and process improvement within a technology-driven environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while helping enhance the quality and reliability of digital benefits administration.
