Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IMS Test / QA Lead to drive end-to-end testing activities for IMS-based communication services. The ideal candidate will lead test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring high-quality delivery across VoLTE, VoWiFi, and VoNR platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end testing for IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and VoNR solutions.
Define test strategy, test plans, and quality governance processes.
Drive functional, integration, interoperability, regression, and performance testing.
Perform SIP and Diameter protocol analysis and troubleshooting.
Validate multi-vendor interoperability scenarios.
Execute load and stress testing using Spirent Landslide.
Manage defects, root cause analysis (RCA), and quality metrics.
Mentor QA teams and collaborate with development and network teams.
