Regional Controlling Business Partner

As part of the EA regional controlling team, you will be working to ensure business result achievement, risk management and governance in the region.
Your tasks:
Regional business planning, steering, risk and opportunity management, and business partnering with business stakeholders.
Business Planning, Monthly reporting (MBR) and Forecasting in close collaboration with countries.
Maintenance of standard reports and fulfillment of ad hoc reporting requests
Participation in business case and feasibility calculations
Act as an interface between the business and various Controlling functions
Support the countries with Controlling expertise and the use of central guidelines
Education & Experience: An above-average Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable business field, combined with 2+ years of experience in corporate finance/controlling.
Digital & Analytical Foundations: Excellent MS Office skills (specifically advanced Excel) and ideally in dealing with HFM, IBM PA (SPnL, Sales Forecasting, iPC) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAP Webi).
Personality: Analytical and results-oriented working style. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as an independent, transparent and self-reliant way of working, commitment, resilience and a high level of communication skills. Good understanding of business complexity and influences. Supportive and possess good communication skills.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English.
