Management Team
-บริหารและควบคุมการดำเนินงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท (บริหารยอดขายและต้นทุน Sale/ COG/ COL)
-ดูแลคุณภาพอาหาร การบริการ และความสะอาดภายในร้าน
-บริหารจัดการทีมงานและจัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน
-ควบคุมต้นทุน ยอดขาย และสต็อกสินค้า
-แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
-สรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
