What you’ll own:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Head to lead and manage the servicing operations for heavy commercial vehicles (Bus). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in servicing heavy commercial vehicles, strong leadership skills, prior experience in building up the business from the ground up and EV / Bus exposure will be an advantage.
What you’ll do:
Building the entire process flow and systems for the heavy commercial vehicles (Bus)
Manage end-to-end service operations including uptime, service and AMC TAT
Develop service support and network in the defined routes / regions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Ensure timely and efficient resolution of service issues to meet customer satisfaction and organizational standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term business growth
Conduct training programs to enhance technical skills and operational efficiency
Collaborate with the OEM / Partners to establish service touch points and support systems
Foster strong relationships with all the stakeholders both internal and external.
Work closely with internal teams including Business, Product, Customer Support etc.
What you’ll bring:
Education qualification
B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering.
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in servicing heavy commercial vehicles with at least 5 years experience in the Bus segment.
Strong technical expertise in heavy commercial vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
