Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and modify the standard designs of equipment, systems, or installations, including standard specifications for manufacturing, fabrication, or construction, using standard design concepts. Each day, you will design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to contract specifications. You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.
This role is contributing to the EL smart power in Xiamen China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
独立完成简单和中等复杂项目的低压开关柜设计，如工程图纸、BOM和其他项目文件等。指导/校对其他工程师简单项目的低压开关柜设计，如工程图纸、BOM和其他项目文件等。为报价、检验和服务提供必要的技术支持。
了解客户实际需求，准备项目方案文件，项目前期支持。
列出项目偏差和客户更改内容，提供合理的方案满足客户新增的需求，并传递。
按照项目计划和项目成本安排和调整自己的设计和校对时间，确保项目交付及时且高质量，协助团队完成团队设计指标。
识别和评估项目设计存在的风险，并给出合理的建议消除风险；积极探索项目潜在的机会，分析成本效益和项目影响，能够提出措施提高设计效率和项目利润。
协助客户解决项目的技术问题；参与客户的项目技术会议，介绍产品和项目设计澄清。
与供应链管理部门合作，评估产品的技术参数是否符合项目的技术要求，必要时应协助准备产品的技术要求，如槽钢、母线桥等。
建立和维护与同事关系，主动选择性收集/学习/分享/总结项目设计经验，提高自己的项目设计输出效率和质量。
使用标准流程和工具进行项目设计。确保自己的项目设计遵循所有的安全规范和技术标准。能够发现低效的流程和工具，并提出更改建议
为助理工程师设置合理的计划，并指导他们完成。
Qualifications for the role
大学本科，机械相关专业，3年到8年工作经验
良好的团队合作能力
抗压能力，能够应对来自不同职能和项目的压力
良好的问题分析和决策能力
有较强的沟通能力以及开放包容的态度
良好的英语能力
