About the role:
RSM Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Senior Accountant to join our Geraldton team.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, and assist in the promotion and growth the following services to new and existing clients:
Management Accounting;
Outsourced CFO services;
Prepare financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards.
Designs, develops and analyses financial models;
Preparation of budgets and forecasts;
Identifies, research and resolve all complex accounting issues;
Analyses management accounting reports and provides advice to clients;
About you:
What you’ll bring:
A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
CA or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards
Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A proactive, client‑focused approach
