Senior Quality Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Lead, schedule, and mentor the Quality Control team, including managing workload distribution, staff planning, and providing on-the-job training.
Oversee and audit quality control processes, safety practices, and 5S/recycling activities to ensure strict compliance with product standards.
Create, update, and ensure the implementation of company procedures and documents.
Drive process improvement projects and develop strategies to optimize safety, cost, quality, inventory, and workflow stability.
Manage departmental budgeting, employee expenses, and production flow to ensure operational efficiency.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints by managing the end-to-end process and internal communications.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Project Management, Quality Standards, and Social Compliance.
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a highly disciplined and responsible work ethic.
Ability to work systematically and generate periodic, structured reports.
Solid background in team leadership and management.
