🚀 Hiring: Lead Software Engineer (Backend) / Java Technical Lead
📍 Location: Chennai | Pune | Kolkata
🧑 💻 Experience: 10-15 Years
Seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, and Oracle PL/SQL to design and build scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
Key Skills: ✅ Core Java (Concurrency, JVM, Collections, Performance Tuning)
✅ Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud
✅ Apache Kafka (Consumer Groups, Partitioning, Replication, DLQ)
✅ Oracle SQL & PL/SQL (Query Optimization, Indexing, Execution Plans)
✅ Microservices & Distributed Systems Architecture
✅ SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, DDD, CQRS, Saga Pattern
Bonus: React.js exposure

Strong architectural and system design mindset
Experience building event-driven, high-throughput applications
